A few interface changes make the platform clearer to use:
- The View button (the eye icon) switches between a simple and a full interface in one click. The simple one has far fewer items, columns and filters: mostly what you use.
- The quick actions menu (the small green button) is now the main way to work. It opens when you click a name, holds the contact's details, and has two parts: the current step and the contact.
- The Next column comes second and shows the step's name, type and due date, and links to the step's draft.
- People at a company are ordered with those in progress first, then the ones not started, by relevance. Starting from the top is usually right. The simple view shows only the next best person; the others are hidden, not gone.
