An administrator now invites a colleague with Invite someone, in Menu > Organisation settings.
- They get an e-mail with a link, good for 7 days. A new person types their name and chooses a password, then presses Create account and join. Somebody who already has an account signs in and joins with one click.
- The link works only for the address it was sent to.
- Until they join, the invitation waits under Invited.
Nobody can set or see a colleague's password any more: a forgotten password is reset through a link sent to that person's own address.
